Meet Your Coach

Megan has been in the wellness space for just over a decade helping individuals and groups discover what their obstacles are and then creating a plan to overcome them.

Originally stepping into this space as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, Megan quickly noticed there was more to helping a client create success than simply taking them through a workout.

After completing her Pilates training at University of Nevada Las Vegas she got clearer on the importance of the mind/body connection and decided to jump all into mindset training.

Now as a Master Certified Neurolinguistic Programming Coach, Master Timeline and Hypnotherapy Practitioner she is able to facilitate personalized coaching and trainings to support individuals and teams finally understand their mindset and why they process and react the ways they do. During that process she is able to provide tools and learnings to break through to the next level to achieve success.
